DJI_0941~2.jpg

A dream come true - seasonal, fresh Cape seafood served this December and January. Join Kokkedoor Vuur & Vlam judge Kobus Botha in Saldanha, right on the sea, for a dining experience filled with total joy.

Kobus’s menu? It’s all about what’s fresh from the ocean and what inspires him. Expect unique dishes like éclade de moule, gâteau à la broche, and boere-baisse - that famous Mediterranean soup, elevated with West Coast fish. Here, you’ll savour seafood delights you may never have tasted before.

This exciting culinary adventure is brought to you in collaboration with Adi and Cornelia Badenhorst’s Saldanha Wine and Spirit Company. Enjoy their exceptional wines, bubbly, port, and sherry, all served at Adi’s seaside sherry cellar as part of the meal.

What makes this even more special? The private beach with pristine waters, perfect for a refreshing dip. Bring hats and sunscreen.

For those wanting to fully indulge in the experience, the Saldanha Bay Hotel - right next door and a great place to stay - offers 20% less for our guests, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Join Kobus for a long lunch starting at 1:30 PM. Starting 15 December 2024. Advance booking essential, participation capped at 40.
